All objections and inquiries regarding your personal information should be directed via email to the POPIA Information Officer of the Mossel Bay CID Chairperson.

If your answer is yes, you will remain on the database and I will automatically accept that you have consented to adhere to the Act and consent to remain on our distribution list.

Mossel Bay Central Improvement District NPC, known as Mossel Bay CID is a registered company with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), registration number 2012 / 122739 / 08.  The right to access information of the Mossel Bay CID is governed by section 26 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008.
Mossel Bay CID collects a variety of information that you provide directly to us. We process your information when necessary to provide you with the Services that you have requested, or when you obtained prior consent, or where we have a legitimate interest to do so. For example, we may have a legitimate interest to process your information for security, testing, maintenance, and enhancement purposes of our service, or for analytics, research, reporting purposes.
