Mossel Bay CID is committed to uplifting and supporting the efforts of our already functional and hard working Municipality and local law enforcement.
We employ a special group of men to monitor safety on the ground by foot. These representatives are easily recognisiable by what they wear. They work hard in all sorts of weather conditions to bring to the attention of SAPS and other key roleplayers, anything that might harm or put at risk our visitors, business owners or residents.
Although the CID is so much more than an additional security watch , our representatives are honest and truly embrace their role as active participants to make all our visitors and locals feel safe. Together, our CID Representatives and local law enforcement work hard to deal with crime in the CBD and so its very important to know what is going on around you at all times in any type of environment or situation.
